The CEO
Our story begins with Charis Hadjimitsis, Managing Director and founder of Olias Homes. As a qualified civil engineer, he entered the Cyprus property market with a vision to go beyond traditional construction and create ultra-high-quality, energy-efficient homes with timeless design.
Established in 2002, our first construction company quickly earned a Class A license and delivered major commercial projects. Over time, we shifted into developing our own bespoke residential properties in prime locations, building a strong reputation for superior craftsmanship and on-time delivery. Today, multiple new developments are under way, with more exciting projects in the pipeline
